Eggless cupcakes with Mocha buttercream frosting. Unless specified you wont be able to tell these cupcakes are eggless, its so soft & moist. The frosting is the true highlight of this cupcake.
These cupcakes contain shredded carrots, pineapple, raisins & walnuts and are garnished with pistachios and orange zest. The kulfi frosting makes it taste like gajar halwa in every bite.
Chocolate biscotti with chocolate chips and white chocolate drizzle. This biscotti has the perfect crunchy exterior yet a buttery soft center that melts in your mouth, so you can snack on it by itself or for dunk in coffee or tea and have it as a tea time snack.
This has a bottom cookie layer made with crushed Parle- G cookies, middle layer of peda, topped with white chocolate and a layer of sweetened coconut flakes.
This cheesecake has that custard like consistency since its made in an instant pot. The mango gives it that golden glaze and the buttery pistachio crust makes this cheesecake so rich & flavorful.
